Refund and Return Policy
In order to provide the best customer satisfaction, we offer the following solutions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our Refund and Return Policy by emailing the restaurant. For an immediate response, please call the restaurant or your third party delivery company.
Foods that are eligible for refunds, discounts or exchanges must be returned to the restaurant in their original container(s) with a valid receipt to be inspected by management.
The preparation of your order begins immediately after your order has been confirmed and payment is received. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
We cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
No discounts, refunds or store credits will be issued if more than 10% of the food has been consumed or removed. Unfortunately we cannot provide discounts, refunds, or store credits if the food returned to us to be inspected has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with in any way that prevents us from verifying the reported reason for returning the food. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the restaurant and ask to speak with the Manager.
Refunds and store credits are not available for non-food and beverage products.
We sincerely apologize if the food you received from us is different from what was ordered as shown on your receipt. Please call us as soon as you realize there was an error made on our part and the wrong food was received. You may come in to the restaurant to pick up the corrected order while returning the incorrect order. We may offer store credits on your next visit if returning the food is not possible. We do not offer cash refunds.
Your order will be made priority if you decide to come in to pick it up. Please return to us the wrong food in the original container to avoid additional charges.
In the rare occasion that you do not receive the food as listed on your receipt, we will do our best to make it up to you. If you notice that we have missed any food items in your order, please let us know immediately by calling the restaurant. You may come in to pick up any food items that that was missing from your order. Missed food can be canceled before they have been prepared and the amount will be refunded back to your credit or debit card or in store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
Please note: We may provide courtesy items such as disposable cutlery, plates, and napkins when requested free of charge. If we accidentally omit a free service item from your order, please let us know so we can work with you to address the issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discounts, refunds or store credits on these courtesy provided items.
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. If you are unsatisfied with the food you received due to a carelessly-made or improper delivery, bad packaging, or foreign objects found in the food, please call us immediately.
We understand that our foods may not appeal to everyone and we welcome feedback from our customers. Refunds and/or replacement food may be offered or provided upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
The food in its original container will need to be returned to us for us to investigate the reason the food is being returned to us. If you wish, we will then take great care to prepare a second new order for you. If you do not wish to receive new food, at the discretion of the Manager, we can refund the same amount back to your credit or debit card or offer you store credit after the order error has been confirmed. We do not offer cash refunds.
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food.
As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, if in our Management's Discretion, our Refund and Return Policies are being abused.
