Refund and Return Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction as our valued customer. To clarify our approach to refunds and returns, please refer to the following guidelines. Feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries related to our Refund and Return Policy via email or phone, whether you've ordered directly from the restaurant or through a third-party delivery service.

Eligible Items for Refunds, Discounts, or Exchanges: To be eligible for refunds, discounts, or exchanges, food items must be returned to the restaurant in their original containers and accompanied by a valid receipt for inspection by our management team.


Price and Menu Changes: Please be aware that prices, discounts, offers, and menu items are subject to change without prior notice.


Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, and payment is received, food preparation begins immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations at this stage or offer refunds for orders that have been prepared. Additionally, we cannot provide refunds or store credits for non-food items or beverages.


Returns

No Discounts for Consumed Food: Discounts, refunds, or store credits will not be issued if more than 10% of the food has been consumed or removed. Furthermore, we cannot provide refunds or store credits if returned food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, preventing us from verifying the reported reason for return. If you have any concerns, please contact the restaurant and ask to speak with the Manager. Please note that refunds and store credits are not available for non-food and beverage products.


Wrong Food

If you receive the wrong food item as per your receipt, please contact us immediately. You can either pick up the corrected order from our restaurant while returning the incorrect item, or we may offer store credits for your next visit if returning the food is not possible. Cash refunds are not available. If you choose to pick up the correct order, returning the wrong food in its original container will help avoid additional charges.


Missed Food

In the rare event that you do not receive an item listed on your receipt, please inform us promptly by calling the restaurant. You can pick up the missing items or request a refund, which will be credited back to your credit or debit card or provided as in-store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

Courtesy Items: We may provide complimentary items such as disposable cutlery, plates, and napkins upon request, free of charge. If we accidentally omit these items from your order, please let us know so we can address the issue. Regrettably, we cannot offer discounts, refunds, or store credits for these courtesy items.


Unsatisfactory Food

We take pride in preparing our dishes with the freshest ingredients and utmost care. If you receive unsatisfactory food due to careless preparation, improper delivery, inadequate packaging, or foreign objects in the food, please contact us immediately. We appreciate customer feedback and may offer refunds or replacement food for specific circumstances, such as wrong or omitted items. However, refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like. To investigate the reason for the return, please return the food in its original container. We can then prepare a new order or, upon Manager discretion, offer a refund to your credit or debit card or store credit. Cash refunds are not available.


Complimentary Food

We do not provide refunds or cash value for any complimentary food items.


As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if, in our Management's Discretion, we suspect that our Refund and Return Policies are being abused. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
