Refund and return policy

In order to provide the best customer satisfaction, we offer the following solutions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our refund and return policy. For an immediate response, please call the restaurant or your third-party delivery company.
Foods eligible for refunds, discounts, or exchanges must be returned to the restaurant in their original containers with a valid receipt so management can inspect them.
Prices, discounts, offers, and menu items are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancellations
Preparation begins immediately after an order is confirmed and payment is received. Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed with the restaurant. We cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has been prepared. Refunds and store credits are not available for non-food items or beverages.
Returns
No discounts, refunds, or store credits will be issued if more than 10% of the food has been consumed or removed. Discounts, refunds, or store credits also cannot be provided if the food returned for inspection has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with in a way that prevents verification of the issue. Refunds and store credits are not available for non-food and beverage products.
Wrong food
If the food you received is different from what was ordered on your receipt, please call as soon as the error is noticed. You may come to the restaurant to pick up the corrected order while returning the incorrect order. Store credit may be offered for a future visit if returning the food is not possible. Cash refunds are not offered.
Missed food
If an item listed on your receipt is missing, please let the restaurant know right away. You may come in to pick up missing food items. Missing items can be canceled before they are prepared and the amount can be refunded to the original card or provided as store credit. Cash refunds are not offered.
Unsatisfactory food
If you are unsatisfied with the food due to improper preparation, bad packaging, delivery issues, or a foreign object, please call immediately. Refunds or replacement food may be offered for orders in which food is wrong, omitted, or affected by similar issues. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
Food in its original container may need to be returned for investigation. After the issue is confirmed, management may prepare a replacement order, refund the same amount to the original card, or provide store credit. Cash refunds are not offered.
Complimentary food
No refund or cash value can be provided for complimentary food.
As a private business, Vegan Pizza House reserves the right to refuse service if management determines that these refund and return policies are being abused.
